SPCO Members Be Aware of Text and Internet Scams!

SPCO has received word that an internet and text messaging scheme is claiming to be SPCO and they are trying to get your personal information. First, SPCO does not offer Debit Cards and SPCO will never send you a text message concerning your ATM card or any other sensitive information. As a rule, never provide personal or financial information to anyone who sends you an unsolicited e-mail, text, or calls you on the phone and is not an SPCO Employee. If you have any questions concerning a situation such as this, please contact your Credit Union as soon as possible. Know the employees of the Credit Union. Ask the questions. We are here to provide you with the best possible service. To report a suspicious e-mail or text message using the SPCO Federal Credit Union name and logo, please forward it to:  cu@spcofcu.com.
